Preschool

Registration to 2026/2027 academic year preschool starts on May, 1 2026 at 10:00. Preschool for the 2026/27 academic year starts in September. A web meeting for parents will be held also in September. The meeting link will be sent to everyone's email address provided upon registration.

Pre-school English groups run on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Groups start at 15:00. Parents choose a convenient day when registering.

Information for the academic year 2026/2027

15 Estonian language groups and 3 English language groups will be opened. Group size up to 16 children. Pre-school is designed to prepare children aged 6-7 for school. There is a fee for pre-school education. The fees are paid by monthly instalments, which are fixed irrespective of the number of days of pre-school during the month. Please report any absence by 10.00 a.m. on the day of the absence via the Stuudium. In the case of a child's sickness, a balance can be made up if the child has been absent due to sickness for two consecutive weeks in one month, provided that the parent has notified the absence in advance via the Studio and has sent a request for a balance to the pre-school coordinator.
In the case of early termination of the contract, please send a digitally signed application to the pre-school coordinator on the school form 60 days in advance (see contract p 4/2).

We would like to remind all parents that parking and driving in front of the school is not allowed for the safety of the children.

Preschool for the 2026/27 academic year starts in September The meeting link will be sent to everyone's email address provided upon registration. Preschool classes will be held once a week on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays at the parent's choice and at a time of the parent's choice. The starting times of the Estonian language groups are 15.15; 15.30; 15.45; 16.00; 16.15. The start time for English groups is 15:00. Learning activities are interspersed with movement and playful developmental activities and last about three hours. Children may bring a small snack to share.

There are no activities during school holidays and public holidays.

Pre-school education lasts until the end of April.

Any changes to the curriculum will be communicated via the Stuudium. Please keep an eye on the Stuudium. School supplies: 2 ordinary pencils, eraser, coloured pencils, felt-tip pens, glue, scissors, mobile notebook with cut-outs. Children are asked to wear a change of footwear to school. Completion of pre-primary school does not give any advantage over other applicants for entry to Year 1. Admission to Tallinn English College is subject to the admission procedure.

The fee for the preparatory school is EUR 84 per month.
